Awards and Reconnection Dinner
The
third bi-annual Hilbert College Alumni Awards and Reconnection Dinner
will take place here at Hilbert College on November 1 from 7 -11 pm.
Please check www.hilbert.edu /alumni to review the award criteria and
nominate yourself or fellow alumnae/i and faculty/staff for an award.

Association to Participate in the Light the Night Walk
For
the fourth year in a row, the Hilbert College Alumni Association will
be participating in the Light the Night Walk at Delaware Park on
Friday, October 3, 2008. We walk in memory of Kimberly Bruch
Raczkowski AAS ‘96. Kimberly is the namesake of the annual Hilbert
College Alumni Award. This award is given to a graduating student
"who personifies integrity and moral character, who exhibits
leadership qualities and reflects the Franciscan spirit of Hilbert
College."
This
year's team captain is Robyn (Meyer) Kulczyk (Business Administration,
2000). We hope you'll join us and make our team even bigger! Get ready
for a night filled with fun and inspiration. Get started raising money
now by registering today.
Anyone
can take part—children, adults and seniors are all welcome. This is
a casual Walk with no fitness requirements. Our team goal is $2,000.

Performance of Detours

A
comedy by Sandra Hosking, Detours is a fanciful satire set in the
business world! Jules (played by Lona Geiser) has clawed her way
up the corporate ladder, and finally has that corner office and the
company car... what she has always wanted! Or, at least it is
what she THOUGHT she wanted. The pressure of long work weeks and
corporate politics causes her to have a nervous breakdown, sending her
into (what seems like) a whole different world! Jules goes on
journey of self-discovery that is hysterical, absurd and touching all
at once. She meets an array of crazy characters, has bizarre
adventures... and in the end realizes that maybe the corporate office
can't bring her true happiness. "Working Girl meets the
Wizard of Oz."
Also starring are BLT favorites Hilbert
Alumna Kathleen Golde BS ’97 and
Thomas LaChiusa.

Each year, the Alumni Association sell Enjoy
the City coupon books to help offset the cost of their programs
like the Alumni Night at Dunn Tire Park with the Bisons and the Alumni
Awards and Reconnection Dinner. Each book is $20 (buy 5 and get 1
free) and contains coupons only within the greater Buffalo area. If
you are interested in purchasing a book, please send a check made out

Earn
Your Graduate Degree on Hilbert’s Campus
You can earn a St. Bonaventure University
graduate degree program in two years or less at SBU’s
Buffalo
Center
located on the Hilbert campus. Graduate degrees are offered in
business, education and integrated marketing communications in a
weekend format that fits into the life of busy professionals.
- The AACSB-accredited business
programs include a traditional business administration (MBA) or
professional leadership (MPL) master’s degrees.
- SBU’s
School
of
Journalism
and Mass Communication offers a unique graduate degree in
integrated marketing communications specifically designed for
professionals in the fields of public relations, advertising and
marketing.
- Our NCATE-accredited education
programs include: Advanced Inclusive Processes, Literacy (both
